We’re right in the middle of Philipsburg, Sint Maarten’s capital, and we think that location matters more than people give it credit for. Great Bay Beach is a five-minute walk. Restaurants, shops, and the cruise terminal are all close enough that you won’t need a taxi every time you leave the door.

Our rooms are clean, quiet, and fully equipped. Since comfort is the baseline, we go further. Every room has air conditioning, a mini fridge, microwave, Amazon Fire Stick, coffee maker, room safe, and free WiFi. Housekeeping comes every two days so you’re never waiting too long.

What keeps guests coming back is simple. The staff here genuinely takes care of you. Need a beach towel? Front desk has you covered, no charge. Catching a taxi to the airport? We’ll arrange it. Heading to St. Barths for the day? The ferry terminal is walking distance and we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
