We’re right in the middle of Philipsburg, Sint Maarten’s capital, and we think that location matters more than people give it credit for. Great Bay Beach is a five-minute walk. Restaurants, shops, and the cruise terminal are all close enough that you won’t need a taxi every time you leave the door.
Our rooms are clean, quiet, and fully equipped. Since comfort is the baseline, we go further. Every room has air conditioning, a mini fridge, microwave, Amazon Fire Stick, coffee maker, room safe, and free WiFi. Housekeeping comes every two days so you’re never waiting too long.
What keeps guests coming back is simple. The staff here genuinely takes care of you. Need a beach towel? Front desk has you covered, no charge. Catching a taxi to the airport? We’ll arrange it. Heading to St. Barths for the day? The ferry terminal is walking distance and we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Group bookings with four or more rooms for three or more nights get special pricing. Book direct with us for the best available rate.
Reception is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Our front desk is happy to accommodate early check-ins or late departures — just let us know in advance and we will open early or stay later as needed. We look forward to welcoming you.

What is the cost per room?
There are 3 room types at Alicia’s Inn being the standard queen room, standard twin room and junior suite. The standard queen and twin room have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. The maximum occupancy for the junior suite is 4 persons. Best rates are through WhatsApp or check our promotion code online. The rates for standard vary from $ 96 to $ 110. The rates for the junior suite rooms vary from $ 136 to $ 168. Stays from 3 nights are more get an additional direct discount.
Can you book us a taxi to get us from the airport to go to the inn?
At the airport there is a taxi stand. Just advise that you are coming to Alicia’s Inn. When you are departing Alicia’s Inn we can arrange the taxi for you. Request a taxi during our opening hours at least 15 minutes before.
Do you have any parking spaces available within the inn’s complex?
Alicia's Inn does not have a parking space. Guests with rental cars can park on Cannegieter Street or in the limited parking on the Backstreet.
Day- Daytime can be very busy in Philipsburg and street parking is limited. Paid parking is available during the day at $2/hour at Clem Labega Square or free by the pond side.Â
Night- Street parking is available during the night. We suggest parking on C. A. Cannegieter Street next to WIB bank to Gree Home as there is good lighting and cameras. Please be considerate and do not park in front of any entrances.Â
Are Housekeeping services available?
