We are serving a truly delicious sandwich that contains one of the best “bolognese ragu” you’ve ever had, the one Mama Dana created! Mamma Mia! What a sandwich!
The ragu is made from onions, garlic, tomatoes, beef, basil and coronated by heavy cream! The cream rounds all the different flavors and melds them into a one slightly sweet but savory flavor that just makes you yell out: Mamma Mia! The ragu is served on fresh basil leaves and topped by freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
The ragu is so delicious on its own, that we have already eaten half of what we have prepared for the whole week.
