The “Toad” is located near the middle of the beautiful 2.4 kilometer long (1.5 mile) Simpson Bay Beach with its soft sand and beautiful water. We are also very close to many excellent restaurants, bars, casinos, and other fun activities.
Each unique suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, daily maid service, beach towels, all capped with STUNNING ocean views of the Caribbean Sea, with the islands of Saba and ‘Statia in the distance.
There is a large BBQ pavilion with 2 Weber gas grilles for guest use, but, it is also the location for the daily “Happy Hour” where “Toadies” congregate for good company, BYOB, occasional Hors d’oeuvres and snacks, and also to share their island experiences and plans. (So, bring your best snack recipes)
We have chaise lounges and chairs for guest use on our sandy beach situated behind a sturdy seawall, which provides some privacy from the main beach, while still providing uninterrupted ocean views.

- We are a non-smoking facility with no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
- No children under the age of 10 years
- Maximum of 2 persons per room
- We require a 3 night minimum stay to book. Please call us directly to inquire about shorter stays.
- NO pets allowed (Registered SERVICE dogs only)
